Returns & Refunds — BBQ Blvd

every BBQ Blvd shirt is printed to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a shop that ships from a warehouse of stock.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
if your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. email info@shopbbqblvd.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. once we confirm it, we send a free replacement or a full refund. no need to ship anything back.

Sizing and change of mind
because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. please check the size guide on the product page before you order, and if you're unsure, email us and we'll help you pick.

Refunds
approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Cancellations
need to change or cancel? email us within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts.
